Nurturing Ethical Leaders for Sustainable Development

The Leadership and Mentorship Initiative (LAMI) is conceived as a response to the urgent need for transformative leadership in Africa. We provide structured mentorship and training to young Nigerians and Africans in leadership, ethics, and governance.

Our programs align with the priorities of Nigeria's National Development Plan, AU Agenda 2063, and the SDGs, positioning us as a strategic partner for governments and civil society.
