Is there a membership fee?
LAMI currently does not charge a membership fee. We believe in accessible leadership development. However, some specialized programs and events like the GMF may have registration fees.
Who can join LAMI?
LAMI is open to young professionals, students, academics, civil servants, and anyone passionate about leadership and governance in Africa. We particularly encourage those aged 18–45.
How long does the application process take?
Applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your membership status and next steps.
Can I be a member from outside Nigeria?
Absolutely! LAMI welcomes members from across Africa and the diaspora. Select "International Partnerships" as an interest area to connect with our pan-African network.
What happens after I apply?
You'll receive a welcome email with your membership ID, access to our resources, and invitations to upcoming events. You'll also be added to our communication channels.
Can I volunteer instead?
